Feeling anxious, stressed out, or overwhelmed? Looking for practical, easy ways to reduce your stress, worry less, and live a happier, richer life? Then you are in the right place. I think we’ve got a lot in common. 

Like you, I’ve been in that place where I’ve been anxious, overbooked, stressed out, worried and spinning my wheels. I’ve tried to fit into the mold that our society tells us we should… always working harder, earning more, buying more, wanting more, wash, rinse and repeat.

But all that consuming and working harder and staying busy isn’t really making you happier, is it? It wasn’t making me happier either.  

Who am I to help?

I’m a wife, step-mom, professor, coach, mentor, author, and blogger.  Along with my experiences in life I’ve gathered some “baggage” (and some boxes in the basement!). I bet you can relate. Life can get a little overwhelming and way too stressful if you don’t take some time to clear your space and your mind and start to live with intention and purpose.   

  • Tired of feeling worried and anxious? – I have SO been there, and I have time tested and personally tested ideas to help. 
  • Looking for more freedom from the “have-tos” and obligations? – Me, too! I’ll share ways that I’ve gotten out from under and found a lot more freedom and fun in my life. 
  • Sick of setting goals and not reaching them? I can relate and I’ve found some great ways to set the right kind of goals so that you can actually accomplish them and get where you want to go. 
  • Not sure about your purpose in life? Now that’s a big juicy problem that is worth some time and thought. I’ve got some strategies to help you figure it out.  

I have been where you are or at least close enough to understand a lot about what you are going through.  If you’ve come to a point in your life where you realize you need to make some changes but don’t quite know where to start, you are in the right place!
