True confession time…I’ll admit it…I’m not a big fan of exercise. I’d much rather curl up with a good book than do bicep curls. If you love to clean then this post probably isn’t for you, unless you enjoy a good laugh at those of us who hate to clean. Cleaning actually makes me crabby. At about minute 12 of dusting I start to get irritated and think, “This is never going to be really clean and in a couple of days it will just be dusty again…grrrr.” I read the magazine articles and blog posts that talk about cleaning your house in 30 minutes. When it comes to dinner time who isn’t all about healthy eating, saving money and making as little work as possible for yourself. As you probably know from experience, it’s really tough to get healthy, cheap and easy all at once. Easy “fast” food isn’t always healthy and if you want to save money a lot of times that means adding in your own time and effort to end up with a good result. This is where a delicious one-pot dinner would really come in handy! I’m always in search of delicious healthy recipes that can be made in 1 pan and don’t take a lot of work.
